The reception and all meeting rooms are on the ground floor and the bullpen office area is on the upper floor, with the cafeteria & break out public space on the terrace floor. The spatial design concept stems from the Korean style of minimalism. The Central zone acts as the most active one as an informal public breakout space that is surrounded by the formal bullpen and individual workspaces on both sides, allowing employees to gather together in the center for break time or to brainstorm and work efficiently, whereas as the senior management cubicles & discussions rooms are placed on diagonal axes and are composed to give a feeling of privacy.
